Mindfulness

Mindfulness speaks to the constant movement between our past and our projected future, which can cause depression and anxiety.  This form of meditation urges us to remain aware and present in the moment. Mindfulness Meditation allows us to step into our “Greatness” in the present and change our perspective on life. Research has found that mindfulness can: Reduce fixation on negative emotions, improve focus and memory, lessen impulsivity and emotional reactions, and improve relationship satisfaction.

Holistic Psychotherapy

Holistic therapy practices the whole person (mind, body, spirit, heart) using the books the “7 Spiritual Laws of Success” by Deepak Chopra and “The 4 Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz as a spiritual foundation for a person’s lifestyle change. This therapy exposes us to a variety of mediums so that they can find their personal ”Spiritual Sense of Style.”   Reiki, sound healing, hypnotherapy, meditation, creating sacred spaces, smoke, oils, steam and herbs therapy are a few of the Sacred Medicines that are introduced in sessions.

Progressive Relaxation

Progressive Relaxation addresses the tension in the body.  The person scans their body for tension or low energy, once found, the breath is then used to release the tension (low energy) found.  These areas can now fully experience relaxation by using the breath and mindfulness. This technique promotes generalized feelings of calmness and relaxation. We know this state to be identified as the parasympathetic.  This technique may also help with chronic pain and helps with sleep management.

Loving -Kindness Meditation (Metta)

This form of meditation concerns the promotion of compassion and love, while also addressing the person’s spiritual path.   It’s goal is to cultivate an attitude of love and kindness towards everything, even a person’s enemies and sources of stress. This meditation works well with forgiveness issues and offers relaxation as one of its many benefits.   Meditation requires sitting, focusing on the breath, and mindfully observing one’s thoughts without judgments. This is one type of meditation style that can be used for healing the body, mind spirit, and heart.  As with all meditations, they are a way of connecting to one’s Greatness. This meditation helps those affected by anger, frustration, resentment, interpersonal conflict, forgiveness issues, etc.

Reiki

Reiki is the practice of healing techniques based on principles of energy channeling. It is a relaxation technique that balances the body, reduces stress, and helps in the healing process.  Reiki activates the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and can restore physical and emotional well-being.

Performance Coaching

This is the process where the development and action planning of someone is created in order to bring about changes in their life.  This process supports the move forward by identifying roadblocks, setting achievable goals, developing new skills, maximizing strengths, etc. This type of support leads to achieving the your true potential.

Breath-Work/Pain Management

These practices encourage mindful breathing. The goal is to focus only on breathing and ignore other thoughts that enter the mind. Breath-work offers the client the reduction of anxiety, improved concentration, and greater emotional flexibility.  Breath-work also invites the client to focus on areas of discomfort and begin to heal by introducing oxygen and attention.

Ceremonial Therapy

Ceremonial Therapy addresses the healing of past issues and the manifestation of Soul desires.  Every spiritual and sacred act we perform is a ceremony.  When we recognize the sacredness of each moment, miracles happen. Ceremonial Therapy goes beyond the superficial wounds to heal the Human Form.

Mizanasana

Mizanasana is the balancing of the Spiritual Being and the Human Form. This is a physically active form of meditation that blends movement of the body with deep breathing, and the voice.  It improves physical strength, can reduce pain, and also improves one’s mental health by reducing anxiety and depression.

 
 

Doula Service

This virtual Doula Service provides support throughout pregnancy and delivery.  Services include emotional, informational, physical, and mental support to women during the prenatal, birth and postpartum periods. Doula Service also gives support to grieving mothers. Learn breathing techniques, active relaxation for body, mind and Spirit.  Hypno-birthing is also offered for during the birthing process and the post-natal period. These services are now being offered online.
